Question 1

What is personal coaching?

Accepted Answer

Coaching is a forward-looking conversation between two adults, side by side. It gives you a confidential space to think through your possibilities, recognise the choices you have, and find your own solutions — often in a relatively short space of time.

Question 2

Is coaching the same as therapy or counselling?

Accepted Answer

No. Coaching is neither therapy nor mentoring. It focuses on the present and the future rather than treating emotional or mental health conditions. If you are looking for clinical support, a qualified therapist or your GP is the right place to start.

Question 3

What happens on the discovery call?

Accepted Answer

The discovery call is a relaxed introductory conversation. It helps you understand what coaching can offer, gives you the chance to share what you are hoping to achieve, and lets us both decide whether working together feels right.

Question 4

How long is the coaching programme?

Accepted Answer

I offer a tailored one-to-one programme of around 12 weeks (approximately two to three months), dedicated to your development. The details are agreed together after the discovery call.

Question 5

Is everything I share confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coaching offers a confidential space in which you can speak openly and think freely.

Question 6

Can coaching take place online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with an international client base, and sessions can take place by video call, so you can take part from wherever you are.

Question 7

Who is coaching for?

Accepted Answer

Everyone can benefit from coaching. It is not a luxury reserved for the few — it is a valuable tool for growth at any stage of life, whether you want more confidence, a better balance or a clearer sense of direction.

Question 8

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer
